Understanding Postnatal Anxiety
COMING SOON
Some worry after having a baby is normal. Some of it isn't, and it can be hard to tell the difference from the inside.
This session will cover spotting anxiety versus everyday new-mum worry, why it so often goes unnamed, and self-help strategies you can use in the shorter term.
This isn't therapy, nobody will be put on the spot, and there's no pressure to share anything. Itβs just an honest look at what so many mums are quietly managing.
πΏ Part of the Understanding series, in-person at The Natal bean, Fareham.
π Coming later this term.
