Only if and when you feel ready. Therapy with me is paced carefully and led by what feels safe for you. You won’t be pushed to relive anything before you’re ready — or at all, if that doesn’t feel helpful

The first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what support might be helpful for you. We’ll talk gently about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping for, without pressure to share everything at once.

There’s no fixed length. Some people come for short-term support, others for longer. We review things together regularly and adjust based on what feels helpful for you.
