Understaing Birth Trauma
COMING SOON
Birth doesn't always go the way we hoped, and sometimes what's left behind is bigger than anyone tells you it might be.
This session will cover what birth trauma actually is, why it's more common than most people realise, when to seek professional support, and what that actually looks like.
This isn't therapy, nobody will be put on the spot, and there's no pressure to share anything. Itβs just an honest look at what so many mums are quietly managing.
πΏ Part of the Understanding series, in-person at The Natal bean, Fareham.
π Coming later this term.
